Spookly the Square pumpkin stem project

This morning we read the story Spookley the Square Pumpkin. Our chapel buddies helped us with a STEM project to make a square pumpkin.  They used straws, pipe cleaners, construction paper and tape to figure out how do construct their pumpkin. It was so exciting to see all the different ways the students created. Below are just a few pictures but you might want to check out Mrs. Weiss' blog for 7th grade too.
