Today we did some review in Math class with M&M ‘a. We used a divided plate to practice our part-part-whole addition and also our whole-part-part with subtraction

World read aloud day

Every time we get together with our chapel buddies there are lots of smiles and laughs. Today the smiles came from  me as I watched the buddies read to each other. The chapel buddies picked out a book to read, then everyone acted out the fairy tale Goldilocks and we finished with the buddies reading a fairy tale together. Thank you Mrs. Brandt for organizing this.

Science learning groups

In Science we are learning about how light is used to communicate. Each group was assigned a picture to discuss. The students were sharing what they thought the light was  “communicating”. We then shared ideas with the whole class. Light can communicate to keep us safe, set a mood or give directions.
